Frequently Asked
What is included in the Recording Only package?
The Recording Only package includes studio access, a dedicated manager, three 4K cameras, a professional audio mixer, and your raw video and audio files. Editing is not included ideal if you prefer self-editing or have your own editor.
How long does editing take after my session?
For edited packages, you’ll receive episodes within 48–72 hours of your session. Bundled clients have priority turnaround. Each edited package includes two full rounds of revisions.
Can I split my bundle hours across multiple sessions?
Yes, both 10-hour bundles are flexible you can split them into as many sessions as needed over 6 months. For example, book one hour this week and three next month to match your content schedule.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
No equipment needed. Our studio includes cameras, microphones, lighting, a mixing desk, and a studio manager. Just bring yourself and your guest.
Where is the studio located?
We are located in Business Bay, Dubai, one of the city’s most central and accessible areas. Minutes from DIFC, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall. Free parking is available nearby and we are close to the Business Bay metro station.
